It’s a new day at Tropicana Las Vegas! We are very excited for the opportunity to be Title Sponsors and host your event in our newly renovated, first-class meeting facilities coming online this fall. Tropicana Las Vegas is proud to share with you that we are currently undergoing a $125 million property wide transformation into a South Beach inspired escape, heralding a whole new era for the property and the South Strip. Renovations include the redesign of every hotel room, the casino and world-famous pool area, among others. There will also be several new restaurants, bars, a new poker room and nightclub. The revitalized Tropicana Las Vegas will have a hot Havana-like vibe, a vibrant tropical color palette and a sizzling nightlife scene. Guest rooms will be fully remodeled by spring 2010 with the entire transformation slated for completion later that year. Tropicana Las Vegas has more than 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and 1,800 spacious guest rooms to suit your needs.
 
Teams & Tournament Format
36 teams of five players- One Professional with four Amateurs will play 54 holes medal play, on three championship golf courses (one round on each course). Thefield will be divided into twoflights. Scoring will be one better ball net and one better ball gross on eachhole combined for the team score. Amateurs will receive80% of handicap with amaximum handicap of 24 strokes per player.
Golf courses
Red Rock Country Club-Arnold Palmer Signature Course –Rolling fairways, dramatic water features and multi-tiered greens characterize the 7001-yard, par-72 Private Mountain Course and the 6883-yard, par-72 Semi-Private Arroyo Course at Red Rock Country Club. With a minimum of five tee placements per hole, players of all levels enjoy a challenging and exhilarating world-class golfing experience.
The Arroyo Golf Club at Red Rock- Arnold Palmer Signature Course –The Arroyo golf course ribbons seamlessly through the rugged terrain and is nestled between the spectacular landscapes of Red Rock Canyon, one of Las Vegas' most revered natural landmarks. Panoramic views of the Las Vegas cityscape are stunning from the Arroyo's hole #7.This Las Vegas golf course is considered a masterpiece that offers challenges to both beginners and advanced players. The well-kept course makes a stark, yet beautiful, contrast to the rugged terrain that surrounds it. The Nevada weather makes our Red Rock golf club the perfect destination for golfers all year long.
Siena Golf Club-Schmidt-Curley Designs of Scottsdale-Siena Golf Club was selected as the 2009 Nevada Course of the Year by the Nevada Golf Course Owners Association. Siena has variety in the routing and pacing of holes will keep all levels of golfers entertained from opening tee shot to final tap-in. Siena features an ideal blend of doglegs and straightaway holes, a mix of slender and ample fairways, a balance between benign and rugged green complexes. Yet without exception, the course offers a host of shot-making options and plenty of grassy bail-out areas when the occasional shot gets away.

No Professional purse. Each Golf Professional will receive an appearance fee
Team Prizes
Teams will receive crystal trophies and other prizes for finishing in top places of their flight. The winning team from each flight will also win upgraded rooms to suits the following years event if they come back to defend their title. If they don’t return the next year, the second place team in that flight will win the upgrade.
There is a Team skins game, Golf Professional skins game, Team Hole-in-one contest and Team Buy-in purse. These are all optional to the teams and golf professionals.
Deposits
The Pro-Am is limited to the first 36 teams enter with a complete entry form and deposit of $1500.00. Deposits are due by June 7, 2010 or until the event is filled. Don’t wait till the last minute, secure your teams spot today. Please indicate which event you are coming to. If the Golf Professional comes to both events and would like to stay the three days between the events instead of flying back home CTBJ Golf Pro-Am Tours will cover the room costs.
